Two things are needed for change; awareness and intention.
There first needs to be an awareness that there is something that you want to change. It could be the way that you think, feel or function. You may not even know exactly what it is, but a part of you wants something to be different.
The second is intention. You’ve decided that you want something to be different but without intention, it’s just an idea. One of the thousands of thoughts we have each day. The amount, difficulty and act of intention are individual to each person’s needs but are necessary for change. If you are here because you’ve identified that there is something you want to be different, that’s intention and it should be celebrated.
