As a creative, hard-working, lifelong learner I am passionate about providing tools and working with people to build the experience that they are looking for.

I believe we need to look at our mental health in a similar way to our physical health. Injuries are a normal part of life. Some are caused by us and some are caused by others, some heal right away while others seem to never go away and there are things we can do to help or hurt the healing process.

Not only do we get injured from time to time but there are also things that we can do to improve our overall functioning. Just like how exercise and diet can affect our physical functioning, they can also affect our emotional and mental functioning. Intentional skills and activities can also help us to think, feel and live in a different way. Each of us has the opportunity to make changes in our life, either for the worse or for the better. Let’s not just choose to live, let’s choose to live well.

When not working, I volunteer as a director and coach with Coquitlam Little League and spend time with friends and family; playing board games, exercising, watching movies, and other activities around Vancouver. I am also interested in personal growth and am often researching, studying and reflecting on ways to make small changes that will have big impacts.
